Why I Established Kingmaker Coaching and Book Acceleration?Overseas Game Changers was never created to be just a business. It was created as an ecosystem for transformation, legacy, voice, healing, leadership, and global impact.For years, I have helped people find their voice, write their stories, rebuild after loss, recover their confidence, and step into the assignment attached to their lives. I have watched brilliant people carry books, messages, businesses, ministries, and movements inside of them but remain delayed because they lacked structure, strategy, language, support, or the courage to begin.That is why Kingmaker Coaching and Book Acceleration became necessary.This elevation was not about changing direction. It was about clarifying the assignment.Kingmaker Coaching exists for leaders, authors, speakers, visionaries, and purpose-driven people who know they are carrying something significant but need help bringing it into form. It is for those who are no longer satisfied with surviving, hiding, postponing, or shrinking. It is for the person who knows their story is not just personal; it is instructional, healing, and necessary for others.Book Acceleration was established because many people do not need another idea. They need completion. They need a trusted guide who can help them organize their message, develop their manuscript, strengthen their voice, and move from unfinished pages to a published body of work.The elevation was necessary because the work has matured. After surviving ovarian cancer and walking through one of the most life-altering seasons of my life, I returned with deeper authority, deeper compassion, and a clearer understanding that people cannot always wait for perfect conditions to answer the call on their lives.Kingmaker Coaching and Book Acceleration now serve as a focused arm of the Overseas Game Changers ecosystem, helping people turn experience into authority, pain into purpose, ideas into books, and calling into visible impact.This is more than coaching.This is legacy development.This is voice recovery.This is assignment activation.This is kingdom-minded strategy for people who are ready to stop carrying what they were born to release.

My career, spanning continents and cultures, has been fueled by a commitment to excellence and a passion for empowering others.
Professional Journey
For over a decade, from 2011 to 2023, I immersed myself in the vibrant educational landscape of China. Serving as an EFL teacher trainer, business English instructor, and creative writing mentor, I have guided students at various stages of their educational journeys. A highlight was my tenure at the law center in Guangzhou, where I nurtured young minds in academic writing and research methods. My efforts in storytelling have enabled many students to see their stories published, a testament to my belief in the power of narrative.
Having authored works in children's literature and spirituality, I am also a published author. This creative pursuit complements my bilingual abilities in Spanish and English, alongside a foundational understanding of Mandarin, allowing me to foster cross-cultural communication with ease.
Leadership and InfluenceMy leadership roles have been diverse and impactful. I am currently the Dean of Education at Harbor Heritage University, where I lead transformational initiatives in academia. Previously, I served as the Special Assistant to the Associate Commissioner of Education for School Improvement and Community Services and the Office of Accountability (2008-2011) and was honored to preside over the NY Alliance of Black School Educators (NYABSE) in 2010.
In 2024, I was invited by China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs to guest lecture on child development at Xinjiang Teacher's College, an acknowledgment of my expertise in education. My diplomatic skills and ability to connect businesses (B2B) are further enhanced by my role as an UN Ambassador at large within ECOSOC.
